Booking and Paying
Free Consultation
We offer a free initial consultation either by phone or at your Home or place of Business. Please contact us for more details.
Minimum Booking
Our minimum booking of only two hours applies within the areas detailed on our Locations page. Generally outside of these areas a minimum of four hours would apply but we do look at each new requirement on an individual basis.
Additional Bonus Hour
All new clients currently qualify for one additional hour free of charge when booking two or more hours.
Loyalty Discount
Discounts will apply for regular clients who book our services.
Pre-Payment
Payment is taken in advance for the first three bookings by Paypal, Debit or Credit Card. Following this terms can be agreed.
Services Based From Our Offices
For any services we can perform from our office such as Virtual PA or Diary Management our rates are
£9 per hour plus vat.
Services Provided into your Home or Business
The rates for services provided into your Home or Business can vary according to tasks. Generally they range from £9 per hour to £25 per hour plus VAT for these on-site services.
Customised Service Package
We are also happy to arrange a customised service package at an agreed fixed price. Please discuss your requirements with us.
We use PayPal to take payments. You can use your PayPal account or simply a credit card. Once you have made a payment you be returned to the contact form page. Please then fill out your details of the service required and place your PayPal reference number in the applicable box provided.
VAT is included in the paypal price.
