Elderly, Infirm, Disabled, Housebound

We aim to provide a sensitive support service for those less able to look after themselves. We do not provide personal care as this is a specialist area but we offer other forms of support. We can offer telephone support calls and care calls daily and weekly, we can offer personal visits by agreed schedule to check on the person and ensure they are comfortable. We can help attend to paperwork, post etc and take it or send it to a family member we can also ensure shopping and groceries are taken care of if the regular help is unavailable.

If you have a family member or neighbour you have some concerns about and you would like to know they are fine then we can help. We offer a care call service both by telephone and in person and you can use us as and when you need to. So for example you may request a daily care telephone call but you make a weekly visit yourself. However if you go on holiday you may ask us to attend in person while you are away and then report back to you.

Companionship is never to be underestimated and as part of our service we offer a friendly and sensitive approach to this. We can arrange to call round to sit with a person and have a good chat and cup of tea which in itself is therapeutic but also gives us the chance to ensure all is well and report back to you.
